These Terms govern all services provided by i Rocks series. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

We provide:

  • CRM Setup
  • AI Chatbot Setup
  • AI Calling System
  • WhatsApp Automation
  • Sales Funnels
  • Marketing Automation
  • API Integrations
  • Custom Business Automation Solutions

2. Service Delivery

Service timelines depend on project scope, client cooperation and third-party integrations.

Delays caused by the client (documents, approvals, payments, content) shall not be our responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

  • 100% or partial advance payment may be required before work begins.
  • Payments once made are considered final.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

  • Business profits
  • Sales increase
  • Lead quality
  • Platform approvals
  • Third-party API approvals
  • Ads performance

Results depend on business model, market conditions and client execution.

5. Third-Party Dependency

We use multiple third-party systems including APIs, hosting, CRM tools, WhatsApp APIs, AI tools and server providers. Any technical issue caused by them shall not make us legally liable.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, workflows, automation structures, AI systems and backend logic remain company property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing correct documents
  • Legal use of the software
  • Avoiding spam, fraud or illegal activities
  • Compliance with government regulations

Any misuse shall be solely the client's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

  • Revenue loss
  • Business interruption
  • API bans
  • Server downtime
  • Data loss
  • Third-party technical failures

9. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur only.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Client violates terms
  • Illegal activity is found
  • Payment disputes arise
